Refunds and Exchanges

If you have purchased the wrong color or size your purchase can be exchanged, within 30 days of purchase, as long as it meets the following requirements:
- The product is returned in its original packaging
- There are no visible signs of wear and tear

However, because we donate proceeds we DO NOT give refunds on Loves products. Loves is not responsible and does not reimburse the shipping costs associated to exchanging our product.

How much of what I pay goes to charity? Is Loves a for profit company or a nonprofit?

Loves is a for profit company based on concepts of sustainability as well as giving back to those in need.

Loves bases its donations on reaching goals for individual causes. This puts focus on what can be provided for those in need. The amount varies from cause to cause of which the customer is able to choose. For example, with your purchase of one pair you may choose to focus Loves’ proceeds to provide 2 months of schooling for an Afghan child refugee. These projections of how the money will be used are provided directly by each individual charitable organization. This provides a no limit charitable business model. However, we will always donate at least 25% of the profits through the sales of our footwear.
